General Policy

At Aktota Shop, each product is made to order, which means every item is custom-produced once a purchase is made. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, color, or simply change your mind after purchase.

Damaged or Defective Items

We stand by the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, we’re happy to offer a free replacement or a full refund.

  • Please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • When reaching out, include a clear photo showing the issue.

  • You do not need to return the damaged item.

If multiple products with the same design are affected, please provide an additional photo or video showing all affected items in one frame for confirmation.

Incorrect Orders & Sizing

Please note that we cannot offer reprints or refunds for items ordered in the wrong size, color, or style. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If your package is returned due to an unsuccessful delivery, you may choose between:

  • A reprint of the order with an additional shipping charge, or

  • A partial refund for the undelivered item(s).

Print Placement Tolerance

For direct-to-garment (DTG) printed products, there is a tolerance of up to 0.5 inches for print placement. Minor variations within this range are normal and will not be considered defects.
